According to the difference of its supporting frame structure, TD75 series belt conveyor has two models: mobile and stable. Based on the belt material, it can be divided into rubber belt, plastic belt and steel core belt. The working temperature should be between -10℃--+40℃, and the temperature of the material should be below 70℃, but the heat resistant rubber belt can transport material that the temperature is below 120℃。When the material temperature is much higher, then rubber belt is not a good choice. When transporting acidic, alkaline oily materials and organic solvent materials, oil-resistant and acidic & alkaline resistant rubber plastic belt should be adopted. The width range of TD75 belt conveyor is between 500mm and 2400mm. Users can determine the layout, width, number of rubber layers and belt thickness by calculating material type, weight, length, etc.

1. Driving part: The driving device consists of driving frame, motor, high speed coupling, reducer, reducing coupling. It is divided into left assembling and right assembling according to the layout requirement.

2. Rotating part: It has two main categories: driving roll and direction reversion.

3. Roll part: It consists of groove, parallel, regulating and buffer rolls.

4. Clearing part: Including spring cleaner and nonleaded cleaner.

5. Discharging part: Including stationary plough discharger and electrical discharger.
